"1.Identify and initiate innovative ideas for New Product Development and product/process/application improvement leading to project success
2.Execute product/process/application development projects with experimental design methodology using available tools to enable best solution
3.Apply job experience and technical/engineering knowledge to execute project tasks with minimum supervision from team lead or manager
4.Experience in Intellectual Properties Research to (i) prevent Development Product of any infringement, (ii) generate innovative ideas/product that able to be patented
5.Draft and plan executable timeline and methodology for projects assigned and prepare regular updates to management on project progress
6.Understand project/customer requirement and coordinate with project members and take lead, when assigned to resolve complex problem on time
7.Support internal and external customers on development, quality, technical and failure analysis requests"

岗位要求
"Knowledge: 
Hands on experience and knowledge on Chemical Formulation Development with metal and other assembly materials. Preferred in electronic packages especially on Sinter Technology in Power Semi-conductor. Relevant other formulation product development or experience is also welcome. Experienced in project management, Design for Six Sigma and DOE methodology is a plus
Skills: (acquired measurable behaviors)
Deep knowledge in Chemistry and have hand on experience in chemical formulation work.
Able to conduct DOE testing and strong analytical skill to enhance the development work.
Experience with Problem Solving and Failure Analysis
Experience in Excel and Power Point presentation."
